Minimum reservations:
2 day weekend, 3 day holiday weekend.
* Reservation guarantee with credit card. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover.
* Credit cards are charged 10 days prior to visit,
If you prefer to pay cash we will refund/credit your credit card on check-in.
* A $50 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your
credit card when your reservation is confirmed.
* Reservations for 2 or more cabins also require the first night paid in advance. This non-refundable charge will be made to your credit card when reservations are made.
* All Cancellations and Early
Departure Changes MUST be made 10 or more days prior to arrival and must
be confirmed by the manager. Messages
left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail
service are not reliable means of communication.
* For cancellations made within 48 hours of
arrival, refunds will be made ONLY if we are able to rent the
cabins to another guest.
* All cancellations made after 10 days WILL be charged
1 nights rent.
* Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered
NO SHOWS and are charged 100%.
* We are not able to give refunds due
to bad weather and/or early departure.
* Check in Monday - Saturday is 2:00 pm or later and 4:00 pm or
later on Sunday. (Unless prior arrangements are made.) Check
out is 11 am.
* Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.
* Overcrowding of the cabins or having more
guests than detailed in the original reservation will result
in a charge of up to $100.00
* Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses
to guest property or person.
* Additional cleaning or pet hair removal will
require an extra charge.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
