Hidden Hills Cabins Guest Policies

Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking inside cabins please

Minimum reservations: 2 day weekend, 3 day holiday weekend.

* Reservation guarantee with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

* Credit cards are charged one week prior to visit, If you prefer to pay cash we will refund/credit your credit card on check-in.

* All cancellations MUST be made 10 or more days prior to arrival and must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service are not reliable means of communication.

* We are not able to give refunds due to bad weather and/or early departure.

* All cancellations will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

* All cancellations made after 10 days WILL be charged 1 nights rent.

* Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered NO SHOWS and are charged 100%.

* Check in Monday - Saturday is 2:00 pm or later and 4:00 pm or later on Sunday. (Unless prior arrangements are made.) Check out is 11 am.

* Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.

* Overcrowding of the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in a charge of up to $100.00

* Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.

* Additional cleaning will require a $50 over charge.
