Hidden Hills Broken Bow Cabins Guest Policies

Small dogs are welcome at the broken bow cabins marked “Pet-friendly”. There is an extra $10 per night charge for pets on our pet friendly cabins. No smoking inside cabins please.

2 night minimum regularly- 3 nights on holiday weekends.

We will fill a one night slot (on some broken bow cabins) in-between two other reservations when available, there will be a $25 cleaning fee added to one night rentals.

• Reservation guaranteed with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
  A $50 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed.
• Reservations for 2 or more broken bow cabins also require the first night paid in advance. This non-refundable charge will be made to your credit card when reservations are confirmed.
• Reservations of 5 days or more. We will charge 2 nights in advance.
• Credit cards are charged 14 days prior to visit, If you prefer to pay cash we will refund/credit your credit card on check-in.
• There will be a $25 fee for date changes made at least 14 days before your arrival. Adding days to your stay will not incur the $25 fee.
• Cancellations and date changes made WITHIN 14 days of arrival may be charged the full reservation fee if we are unable to rent the cabin.
• Cancellations or date changes must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service are not reliable means of communication.
• We are not able to give refunds due to bad weather and/or early departure.
• Check in Monday – Saturday is 2:00 pm or later and 4:00 pm or later on Sunday. (Unless prior arrangements are made.) Check out is 11 am.
• Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.
• Overcrowding of the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in extra charges.
• Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.
• Additional cleaning or pet hair removal will require an extra charge.
• There will be a charge of no less than $30.00 for mailing your personal belongings to you.
• No tents or RV’s without permission of management.
