Twelve Oaks, Broken Bow Cabins, is a three bedroom cabin (sleeps 7) located in the Timber Creek Trails area near Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Furnished with handcrafted Cedar log furnishings, Twelve Oaks is a beautiful cabin with plenty of space for your family get-a-way.
This Broken Bow Cabins provides all amenities for an extended family vacation or just a weekend trip. Twelve Oaks cabin has three full baths and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a master king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full bed with a twin on top. A fire pit (wood provided), outside gas grill and hot tub make roasting hot dogs and marsh mellows a favorite activity. Twelve Oaks cabin is located next to a seasonal creek.
Step out onto the spacious covered porches and enjoy a quiet evening in the 5 person hot tub. All hot tubs are drained, cleaned and refilled after each visit. The covered side porch looks out into the peaceful forest surroundings and includes a ceiling fan to provide additional enjoyment on those summer evenings.
Located only 5 minutes from the Beavers Bend Park and Broken Bow Lake entrances, Twelve Oaks Cabin gives the fishermen access to Mountain Fork River and Broken Bow Lake. ALL CABIN PRICING IS BASED ON A TWO ADULT PERSONS AGE 14 OR OLDER *PER BED* OCCUPANCY. PULL-OUTS ARE NOT INCLUDED. FOR ANY ADULT OVER THAT OCCUPANCY AMOUNT THEIR WILL BE A $10 PER ADULT, PER NIGHT CHARGE. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 14 ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CHARGE AND SHOULD NOT BE CALCULATED WHEN MAKING RESERVATION.
*per bed means actual bed. example: The cabin may sleep 4 if it has a pull-out sofa but if 4 adults age 14 or over book, there will be an extra $10 per person, per night charge for two of the Adults.
